The room was incredibly comfortable and outstanding. The staff was amiable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location is great and good - short way from everywhere we needed.

Thank you for a really great stay. Everyone who works in the hotel is amazingly nice and amicable. The location is in a marvellous and particularly good spot in the middle of jackson. And it's nestled in a new building not far from Spring Lake as well as restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and I felt safe with the locked doors requiring key entry. The staff was considerate of my privacy and didn't bother me for anything, even when there was a mishap with my payment. The ambiance was pleasing, with the lights turning off as it got later in the evening.
